The Sept. 10, 1990 issue of 'UFO UNIVERSE' related the following under the
title-heading, "WILLIAM F. HAMILTON III -- UFOLOGY'S 'MYSTERY MAN' TO
REVEAL 'COSMIC TOP SECRETS'":

"Until just recently, William F. Hamilton III managed to keep up a
relatively low profile so that he can continue his work in private and
without needless interruption from well-meaning, and never-the-less prying
eyes.

"Admittedly, his name is not known in every household, but the fact of the
matter is that 'Bill' is highly respected among his peers.

"Indeed, what he has to say is as important and vital as the words of
flying ace John Lear and former Navy intelligence officer William Cooper,
who have gone on record regarding the alien conspiracy.

"In fact, much of what Hamilton maintains is consistent with the theory
that there is a massive government cover-up on UFOs and alien visitations
that reaches right up to the president's private office door, and that the
U.S. military has made a secret pact with a group of aliens known as the
'Greys'. [They] are on earth... mutilating cattle, and abducting humans for
experimental purposes. Supposedly the Greys have TAKEN OVER several
Top-Secret underground military facilities, AND certain branches of the
government [who] are working hand-in-hand with these entities to bring
about total domination of the world, while a SECOND group of
extra-terrestrials is here trying to protect us...

"Of a highly controversial nature, many of Hamilton's statements may seem
overly 'radical' to even his closest associates, not to mention other
investigators who refuse to even seriously consider the documentation he is
able to present to bolster his case.

"...About ten years ago, a few scientists and engineers, who worked for
NASA and shared an interest in UFO abductions, came together to form a
group they called Project VISIT -- Vehicle Internal Systems Investigative
Team. They studied about 130 cases of UFO abductions with the goal of
constructing a model of UFOs, their operation, and the entities who crew
UFOs.

"They found:

"-- UFOs have bright interior lighting.

"-- Abductees undergo a medical-type examination with apparently highly
sophisticated equipment.

"-- Burns are suffered by many abductees.

"-- Time loss - from 20 minutes to 3 hours - is common. Project VISIT
member, Dr. Richard Niemtzow, described the crew members as four feet tall,
hairless, grey in color, with no nose, a small mouth and large slanted
eyes. The Grey humanoid is emotionless and communicates by telepathy.

"The Greys have earned a reputation quite different than the Nordic blondes
and other reported species. Most of the abductions are done by greys and
more than one variation of Grey. The Greys do most of the biological
intervening on abductees. Tans, Whites, and Blues (i.e. 'Greys' of other
skin colors, gray-tan, gray-white, gray-blue, etc. - Branton) have also
been reported by abductees. I have personally had some sort of encounter
with what I call the Whites. They are small with extremely white skin and
black, wrap-around eyes.

"EARTH MADE SAUCERS -- In April, 1984, Lt. General George Bone, Vice
Commander of the U.S. Air Force Systems Command was killed while test
flying a secret aircraft over the Groom Lake area, a top secret facility
located about 100 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada. This facility is
designated 'Area 51.' The Systems Command reputedly uses this facility to
test-fly spy planes, such as the SR-71 Blackbird or its successor, the
Aurora. According to the February, 1988 issue of GUNG-HO magazine which ran
a feature article on Area 51, some of the craft being flown out of that
test facility would make George Lucas drool!...

"In the early 1980s a radio technician working at Area 51 reported seeing a
saucer on the ground. It was some 20 or 30 feet in diameter, he said, and
when it flew, it moved silently through the air. The technician also viewed
a number of wooden shipping crates marked 'Project Redlight.' That project
may have been a forerunner of Snowbird. Presently, the Air Force is trying
to acquire 89.000 acres adjacent to the Groom Lake facility and to place
the nearby Groom Mountains off-limits to the public.

The Rendlesham Forest case is undoubtedly one of the best documented and most significant military encounters with a UFO. It is also very credible incident. The incident spanned four days in 1980. Rendlesham Forest is a large pine forest, east of Ipswich, in Suffolk, England. Nearby are the twin NATO air bases, RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge; at the time both bases were being leased to the United States Air Force. Several UFO incidents, including multiple-witness sightings by military personnel, ground traces, and radioactive anomalies were reported from Rendlesham forest. According to USAF security patrolmen on duty, "the object was described as being metallic in apperance and triangular in shape, approx. 2-3 meters across the base... it illuminated the entire forest with a white light, and had a pulsing red light on top and a bank(s) of blue lights underneath." In November, 2002, the British Ministry of Defense released the "Rendlesham File" of documents related to and confirming the Rendlesham Forest incident.
The witness in this film states when he touched the craft he was delivered ones and zeros telepathically, or 'downloaded' the information into his brain. Ones and zeros of course, are the base level of what computers use,  also called 'binary code'. The ones and zeros were entered into a computer and the following message was decoded. Evidence of the mysterious blast 13 years after the cataclysmic explosion. Resident Semen Semenov's eyewitness account at Vanavara the nearest settlement 40 miles to the south, remains fascinating to read:

"At breakfast time I was sitting by the house at Vanavara factory facing North. [...] I suddenly saw that directly to the North, over Onkoul's Tunguska road, the sky split in two and fire appeared high and wide over the forest. The split in the sky grew larger, and the entire Northern side was covered with fire. At that moment I became so hot that I couldn't bear it, as if my shirt was on fire; from the northern side, where the fire was, came strong heat."

"I wanted to tear off my shirt and throw it down, but then the sky shut closed, and a strong thump sounded, and I was thrown a few yards. I lost my senses for a moment, but then my wife ran out and led me to the house. After that such noise came, as if rocks were falling or cannons were firing, the earth shook, and when I was on the ground, I pressed my head down, fearing rocks would smash it. When the sky opened up, hot wind raced between the houses, like from cannons, which left traces in the ground like pathways, and it damaged some crops. Later we saw that many windows were shattered…" Had the following unexplained incident occurred today, even in the slightly relaxed atmosphere of the post-Cold War, it would have probably triggered World War Three. Fortunately, the greatest hammer blow from space to hit our Earth since prehistoric times happened when the 20th century was barely eight years old. Even today, scientists are still at loggerheads as regards to the nature of the extraterrestrial object which shook the world after exploding in the skies of pre-Revolutionary Russia. The momentous event happened at 7.15 a.m. local time on the last day of June 1908. At that precise moment, an object brighter than the morning sun ripped through the atmosphere over Siberia. A trainload of passengers on the trans-Siberian railway stared in horror at the towering pillar of flame roared through the clear blue skies at a phenomenal velocity of around one mile per second. The sonic boom given off by the sky invader shook the railway track, convincing the engine driver that one of his coaches had been derailed. The driver jammed on the brakes and as the train screeched to a grating halt, the mysterious fiery object thundered north. The trembling train passengers listened in relief as the overhead danger became fainter, and many of them looked out the windows of the carriages and eyed the vapour trail with bafflement. Almost 350 miles to the north of the train, the nomadic hunting tribes of the Evenki people felt the ground shake violently as they witnessed what seemed to be a second sun racing across the heavens. Only this sun seemed to be cyclindrical. By now, the immense apocalyptic object had been seen to change course as if it was being controlled or steered. After passing over the terrified travellers of the trans-Siberian train, the object made a forty-five degree right turn and travelled 150 miles before performing an identical manoeuvre in the other direction. The tubular shaped object then proceeded for another 150 miles before exploding over the Tunguska valley. The detonation occurred at a height of five miles, and the 12-megatonne explosion (it might have even been 30 megatonne) destroyed everything within a radius of 20 miles. Herds of reindeer were incinerated as they stampeded away from the explosion, and all wildlife in the area was ignited by the searing heat blast. Thirty-seven miles from the blast, the tents that the frightened Evenki people had taken refuge in were lifted high into the air by the resulting atmospheric shock wave, and the Evenki's horses galloped off in terror, dragging their ploughs with them. At the centre of the explosion a monstrous mushroom cloud rose steadily over Siberia. Such a strange and unsettling sight would not be witnessed for another thirty-seven years at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But this explosion was even fiercer than the A bombs which were dropped on the Japanese cities. The blast from the Tunguska explosion felled trees as if they were matchsticks for 20 miles around and set whole forests alight. The shockwave generated by the mysterious cataclysm travelled around the world twice and shook the recording pens of the microbargraphs at three meteorlogical stations in London, where they were interpreted as seismic jolts from some distant earthquake.
At a distance of 400 miles from the epicentre of the Tunguska blast, the relentless shockwave showed no signs of abating, and knocked fishermen from their boats on the River Kan. By the time the blast had deteriorated into a hurricane-like storm, a strange black rain started to fall over the Tunguska valley. Days later, strange scabs started to break out on animals that had been too far away to be directly burnt by the blast, and weeks later, curious investigators who ventured to the site of the explosion became sick and complained of strange burning sensations within their bodies. Were these signs of radiation sickness? But what meteoric object could be radioactive? Stranger still, why was there no crater at the site of the explosion? All meteorites leave a crater. And how would a meteorite travel horizontally for hundreds of miles and change course twice? Then there were other strange occurrences which seemed to suggest that the object which had exploded over Siberia was not a meteor at all, but perhaps some nuclear-powered spacecraft from another world which had had made an emergency crash-landing in a forbidding area of our world. The first reports of a strange glow in the sky came from across Europe. Shortly after midnight on 1 July 1908, Londoners were intrigued to see a pink phosphorescent night sky over the capital. People who had retired awoke confused as the strange pink glow shone into their bedrooms. The same ruddy luminescence was reported over Belgium. The skies over Germany were curiously said to be bright green, while the heavens over Scotland were of an incredible intense whiteness which tricked the wildlife into believing it was dawn. Birdsong started and cocks crowed - at two o'clock in the morning. The skies over Moscow were so bright, photographs were taken of the streets without using a magnesium flash. A captain on a ship on the River Volga said he could see vessels on the river two miles away by the uncanny astral light. One golf game in England almost went on until four in the morning under the nocturnal glow, and in the following week The Times of London was inundated with letters from readers from all over the United Kingdom to report the curious 'false dawn'. A woman in Huntingdon wrote that she had been able to read a book in her bedroom solely by the peculiar rosy light. There were hundreds of letters from people reporting identical lighting conditions that went on for weeks after the Tunguska explosion. Scientists and meteorologists also wrote to the newspaper giving their opinions about the cause of the strange skyglare which ranged from the Northern Lights to dust in the upper atmosphere reflecting the rays of the sun below the horizon. No one connected the phenomenon with the strange object which had come down in Siberia to explode with the fury of a H-bomb. Even the national press in Russia gave no mention to the catastrophic even in the Tunguska Valley, because the country was then entering a major period of political upheaval. A serious investigation of the Tunguska incident did not take place for another thirteen years, when a Soviet mineralologist named Leonid Kulik led an expedition to the site of the explosion.
